Welcome to Forsafeed ("we", "our", or "the Platform"). Forsafeed operates a mobile food ordering application, Mystery Box discount system, and table reservation service available on iOS, Android, and web.

• Wallet Cashback Calculation: Instantly calculating, crediting, and redeeming cashback rewards for each completed purchase.
• Customer Service & Live Support: Resolving order delays, handling refunds, and answering inquiries via chat or hotline.
• Security & Fraud Prevention: Detecting fraudulent promo code abuses, multiple unauthorized accounts, and payment disputes.

Precise location data is essential for modern food logistics. When you permit Forsafeed to access your device location:

• We show you nearby open restaurants, estimated delivery fees, and localized hot deals.
• Your delivery pin is shared with the assigned delivery captain strictly until the order is marked "Delivered".
• You can revoke location permissions at any time via your iOS or Android device settings.

All digital transactions conducted via Forsafeed adhere to the highest international security standards (PCI-DSS compliant):

• Encrypted Gateways: Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza) are processed through Central Bank of Egypt-licensed payment gateways. Sensitive card data is tokenized and never stored on Forsafeed servers.
• Mobile Wallets: Instant transactions via Vodafone Cash, Orange Money, Etisalat Cash, and InstaPay are authenticated through verified secure APIs.
• Forsafeed Wallet: Your accumulated cashback and refunded balances are protected by biometric device verification (FaceID/Fingerprint) and two-factor SMS OTPs.
